Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Anshutech, we are committed to delivering high-quality website development, software development, mobile application development, digital marketing, hosting, and IT-related services. We value customer satisfaction and strive to resolve all concerns fairly and transparently.

Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a service or project by submitting a written request through our Contact Us page or by emailing our support team.

Project Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• If a project has not yet been initiated, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund after deducting applicable administrative, consultation, or transaction charges.
• If the project is already in progress, the refund amount, if any, will be determined based on the work completed, resources utilized, and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
• Requests received less than five (5) business days before the renewal date of any recurring service will be treated as a cancellation request for the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy

We make every effort to provide services that meet our clients’ expectations. However, if a client is not satisfied with the services provided, a refund request may be submitted for review.

Eligibility for Refund

• The service purchased cannot be delivered due to reasons directly attributable to Anshutech.
• The project has not been started and the cancellation request is received within the eligible period.
• There is a proven failure on our part to provide the agreed service as outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

All refund requests are subject to verification, investigation, and approval by our management team.

Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are non-refundable once purchased, activated, registered, delivered, or renewed:

• Domain Registration and Domain Renewal Services
• Web Hosting, Cloud Hosting, VPS, and Dedicated Server Services
• SSL Certificates
• Third-Party Software Licenses and Subscriptions
• Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Similar Third-Party Services
• Digital Marketing Advertising Spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
• SMS, WhatsApp, Email Marketing Credits, and API Usage Charges
• Completed Website Design, Software Development, Mobile Application Development, and Customization Work
• Maintenance and Support Services already rendered

Partial Refunds

For custom development projects, including websites, software, and mobile applications, refunds may be issued only for the uncompleted portion of the project. Charges for completed milestones, development hours, purchased resources, third-party services, and consultation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

Estimated credit timelines are as follows:

• Credit Card Payments: 7–14 business days
• Debit Card Payments: 5–10 business days
• UPI, Net Banking, and Payment Gateway Transactions: 5–10 business days

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

Mode of Refund

• Credit card payments will be refunded to the same credit card used during purchase.
• UPI, Net Banking, and Payment Gateway transactions will be refunded to the original payment source.
• Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Anshutech before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services until the matter is resolved.
