We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution.
• Submit content, images, credentials, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials provided by Anshutech.

4. Payments

• All invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Project work may commence only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension or service interruption.
• All fees are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices, ownership of the final approved project deliverables shall be transferred to the client, except for third-party software, plugins, frameworks, and licensed materials.

Anshutech reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client feedback, content submission delays, change requests, technical requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Revisions and Change Requests

The scope of work will be defined in the project proposal or agreement. Additional features, revisions, or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

8. Hosting and Third-Party Services

Anshutech may recommend or provide third-party services such as domain registration, hosting, payment gateways, APIs, software licenses, and cloud services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, failures, policy changes, or pricing changes imposed by third-party providers.

9. Acceptable Use

Users shall not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications.
• Hosting illegal, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anshutech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from the use of our services.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure services.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, business, and technical information shared during the course of the project.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to make payments, or engages in unlawful activities.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy available on our website.

15. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

17. Changes to Terms

Anshutech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
